Well this just makes it the best halloween ever. Just passed the 4k mark. We are a fucking HUGE sangha!
At the beginning of this week, I said I would become a zen buddhist until halloween. Culminating in me putting out some snacks for Bodhidharma’s ghost to chomp on.

Anonymous asked: I tend to beat myself up over my choices. Poor upbringing instilled a lot of fear and a tendency to paralyze in situations that are difficult for me. Sometimes I can't even sit down and do something I enjoy without a little needle of feeling of unease. I also carry a lot of guilt and regret.
