One Intention
Lojong mind-training tells us that we should do everything with a single intention. This intention has been called many things: bodhicitta, loving-kindness, awareness, heart, compassion. etc.
It all has to do with love. A kind of love most people live their lives, passionate or not, without ever experiencing.
I can only speak for myself but sometimes I prefer feeling nothing over feeling...
