To those that are participating in the Spirituality Challenge, I hope you awakened with a ho ho hearty laugh this morning (even if it was forced)!
Remember to take pauses throughout the day to asses your moment-to-moment experience of the moment.
Remember to use moments of otherwise mindless activity (driving, walking, showering) to follow your breath and fully inhabit your body.
Remember to meditate!
Give this process its chance and you will re-discover something you forgot was there.
