The feeling of incompleteness is like a mood that when expressed on the level of thought creates insecurities. This is a central phenomenon of the ego. The ego is marked by a sense of separateness and incompleteness. The outcome, naturally, is insecurity.

These feelings aren’t gotten ‘rid’ of. The true opposite of insecurity isn’t security but rather a departure from the spectrum of safety, a surrender to and acceptance of the way things are before we choose to act.

Completeness doesn’t exist either. We are all already complete, whole, overflowing with unity. But to call it unity isn’t fully accurate, just as calling it complete falls short as well.

Therefore the true opposite of incompleteness isn’t completeness but rather a cessation of separation. All things are not only interconnected but also equally empty, like water flowing into water and air into air. Completeness only makes sense when there is such a thing as incompleteness. But the whole point is to lose the boundaries, not finish some cosmic puzzle.

Accept and surrender to the flow and the learn the truth of what I mean when I say there exists no boundaries between all things. Daily meditation and contemplation help.

Namaste, pilgrim. :)
