Sit in a meditative posture and close your eyes. Visualize the enormous full moon as if it were in your whole body. Look down at the vast earth.

You glow with the light you reflect from the divine, the sun. This light then shines upon the entire planet.

You are not the source of the light nor do you guide it to its destination. You are like the hollow bamboo through which the divine’s breath flows.

Imagine this full moon’s light to be shining on every single person you have ever met. Friend, enemy, stranger, let the silent light paint them all. You as the moon connect with every being.

We have all incarnated here for a short period of time, a single human lifespan, together. We make up the cast of humanity’s story at this point in history. We are all here together.

Allow this to be an opportunity for this to sink in and for boundaries to fall.

When you are finished, allow whatever you are seeing to dim to total darkness. Let go and awake.

Namaste :) Enjoy the full moon.
