Anonymous asked: what's your opinion on fate vs free will?
Fate implies that everything is pre-ordained. This assumes that there is some sort of God-like mind or record that is the knower, coming before whatever is fated. Given our understanding of the non-linearity of time and the quantum probability of events, I don’t think fate makes sense.
Free will suggests that we have a choice. But so many of us are conditioned and trained, subject to our ego’s control and desires, that I cannot possibly look around and say I see free will. Force of habit, routine, and desire often rob people of freedom.
To me, the idea of choice or lack thereof is something that only makes sense when there is an illusion of separation. But because separation is illusory, so is choice and fate.
Or so it seems to me.
Namaste :)

So then there is neither Choice or Fate? All that remains is the clockwork universe of cause and effect. Is that your interesting too?

F.A.T.E…..From All Thoughts Everywhere……that type of combination and collective consciousness can manifest what happens and create what people refer to as fate.
